We are a Data Management and Reporting setup. We Manage your Group and Members Data online. To utilize this application, you need access to the Internet. Group Registration is FREE. Member Registration is also FREE. We charge nominal fees when we start managing your data. We charge the same nominal fee (see Services Page) regardless of the amount of data Processed or Managed.

We encourage Groups to Manage Activities and Transactions Online. It is convenient, Accessible and Accurate.

We encourage users to send us feed back on how we are doing and what we need to do in order to serve you and your Group better. If your Group has special or Group-Specific features, let us know. Together, we will figure out a way to incorporate those features in this Application specifically for your Group or for all other Groups.

What YOU Need to Do

Visit https://www.groupmanageronline.com and register your Group. To Register a Group, you need the following pieces of information; a Group Email, Group Name, Group Code in the format AAA9999, Group Contact Name and Group Contact Telephone#.

On Group Registration, you will need to set up a Group Admin Password. The Admin Password is for your Group Admin(s). A Group Admin will have roles like Set/Change Group Credentials, Approve Membership, Update Group Activities, Authenticate Member Beneficiaries, Input Group Transaction, view any user's Transactions and Data etc.

For Group Members, you need the following pieces of Information to Register; Group Access Credentials as provided to you by your Group Admin, a valid email address, a strong password, Mailing Address. On completion of registration, this Application will send a confirmation email to you and to your Group email address. The Member's email will list out the profile summary with a System # that you will need to remember. An email to the Group Admin will trigger action from the Admin to accept or deny Membership. On acceptance of Membership, the Group Admin will assign each Member a Membership Number in the format 'AAA99999'. This application will send the final Membership email to confirm Membership Status (Accepted or Rejected).
